Risser House is a historic property in Bonham, Texas, composed of two neighboring homes that together reflect a long-standing commitment to serving the community. Today, Risser House Bed, Breakfast & Events welcomes overnight guests and private gatherings, while Risser House Professional Suites provides thoughtfully designed office spaces for local businesses.
The hospitality property was once known as Risser Hospital, where generations of local residents received care and many families began their journeys. The property is also historically recognized for its connection to Sam Rayburn, the longest serving Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, who spent his final days here under the care of Dr. Joe Risser. Thoughtfully preserved and reimagined, the home now welcomes guests seeking a memorable stay, meaningful gathering, or quiet retreat in the heart on Bonham.

Risser House Professional Suites offer thoughtfully designed office space in a neighboring home on the Risser House property, providing a professional setting with the character and charm of a historic property. The suites are currently fully leased. We are pleased to welcome Agape Financial Solutions to our campus and Bonham vicinity. A waitlist is available for future availability.
