RISSER House
A Historic Place to Stay, Work & Celebrate
ABOUT RISSER HOUSE
Built in the early 1900s, Risser House is a historic Bonham property with deep ties to the community. Once home to Risser Hospital, the property is also historically recognized for its connection to Sam Rayburn, longtime Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. Much of its original character remains, thoughtfully preserved for a new chapter.
Today, Risser House welcomes guests as a bed & breakfast and gathering place for overnight stays, celebrations and private events. Risser House Hospitality also includes the neighboring Professional Suites, providing professional office space and continuing the property's tradition of serving the community.
Connecting the properties is The Courtyard at 10th & Center, the shared outdoor heart of the campus -- bringing together hospitality, local business and community through private gatherings, public events and everyday moments in the heart of Bonham.
Together, these spaces create a place to stay, work, gather and celebrate -- all while experiencing a unique piece of Bonham's history.
